How to Return Order

Click on the profile icon in the store navigation, or click on the following link, then apply for a return.

1. Enter your email in the ** Email ** field, and then click ** to continue **.

1.1. In your email account, open the email from our store and copy the six-digit CAPTCHA contained in the email.

1.2. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order to submit the return.

3. If your order contains more than one item, select the item you want to return.

4. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store to view.

5. Click ** to apply for return **.

If your return request is approved and needs to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After returning the product, you will receive a refund.
